 If you are not satisfied with the items delivered, you have the option to return these items within 14 days of receipt.

The goods must meet these criteria:

• It is still in its original packaging.
• The product is not damaged.
• Hygiene products are only adjusted as clean as nursing bras and clothing but not worn.
• Please note *When nursing bras are worn, they can no longer be returned due to hygienic conditions. Especially because it concerns pregnant women, we must be extra strict here. When, among other things, the label is off, stains, hairs and smell are clearly present as worn, we will not refund money because they are no longer saleable.
• Underwear, head accessories and chocolate are not allowed to be returned for hygiene reasons.  
• Sale products cannot be returned.
  
• Do you return your entire order but keep the free product? Then this will still be invoiced.
• We will process your return within 7 days and if we accept the return, it will be confirmed within the same period. Exchange for a different size? We aim to have processed the entire return process within two weeks and for you to have received your new products.

*We reserve the right to suspect accepted items if we suspect that the items are used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the return process.

• Notify us of the order by emailing us at info@mamailike.nl
• Make sure the request contains the following:

1. Order number/order
2. Reason for the return request
3. Photo of the product in case of breakage/problem
4. First name + last name 
5. Address

We will then provide you with the return address.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us Mama i Like by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
